Interesting beer. Little to no carbonation, barely made a pfft sound as I pulled out the cork. POurs redish brownish, more red than brown. Smells like some sort of cherry concotion that I maybe had at some fair at some point in my life but I cant put my finger on it. Tastes of sweet cherries with a slight acid bitterness to it. Not something I would want a ton of but is interesting non the less. I could see this being superb served a little warm say around room temp with a little vanilla ice cream.

Still have a bottle in the cellar, but with the mild weather in New England recently, I haven't had the occasion to pop the cork. I've heard it should be served similar to Sake - well chilled or mulled (hot, like cider). I'd recommend a double boiler to heat it up with unless you want to risk actually boiling the beer. That's how I plan to sample it, anyway.
Cheers!

I dont know if I would actually go hot with it, but warm is defiantely nice. and I wouldnt mull it unless you just want to experiment with it. IT is spicy enough IMO.
