Pineapple

Anyone ever experiment with pineapple?
Too acidic, perhaps? I'm thinking about putting some in a wheat beer. I'd be interested to hear any thoughts about it.

i have brewed thousands of lagers using pineapples...just kidding i haven't started brewing yet......yet
