Filtering from Primary

I just made a heather braggot this past weekend, and even though I used hop bags, some of the fine heather bits made it into the beer. I'd like to strain the beer after primary fermentation into the secondary by putting the straining disk on my funnel and running the beer from my auto siphon as close to the bottom of the secondary bucket as possible. Is the risk of introducing too much O2 worth the hassle or should I let it go?

You'll definitely oxidize it. Maybe you can put a fine hop bag on the end of your auto siphon instead.
