Extreme???

Maybe they should use the term "cutting edge" now instead of "extreme" because when I hear or see the word extreme in regards to beer now my eyes begin to glaze over. Im very much in Who Cares mode when it comes to the endless extreme beers that seem to dominate the press and the beer geek blog culture if not the market itself. But some of the things Greg writes about in that article sound very interesting and Id love to try them. More so because they are truly different and cutting edge and not necessarily "extreme". Lets leave that word for the X games kids and the porn sites in my opinion.
