Hey guys, I use a 2 tier system now, and if I go 1 tier I need to pump the wort from the mash tun to the boil kettle. I know everyone says to limit the output side of the pump, but has anyone here tried a DC powered pump to speed control it instead of having a larger pump spinning wildly, cavitating possibly?
