View Full Version : 2 Batches stopped?

:confused: :confused: My 2 batches one rye ipa and scotch ale both stopped fermenting at ~1.030 with two different OGs how is this possiable and how can I avoid this for my next batch which is going to be an Old Ale. I figure it's the temp being inconsistent, so i got Wyeast 1728 because of it's low temp fermentation properties for my next batch.
