My new Kegging system is an unqualified success. I kegged a finished beer on Friday night into one of my cornelius kegs, force carbonated and stuck it in the fridge.

On saturday I sampled the beer (a pale ale) repeatedly :p. I hit the carbonation level perfectly, and I have no foaming problems. The thing works like a charm. I still need to get the other keg cleaned, sanitized and filled for my new year's party, but I'm sure there will be no problem because its so easy.

I cant wait to get off work so I can go sample it some more.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!

M.

Be careful of all that sampling. It can lead to ...

...empty kegs!! Aaaaaaaaaahh!

:D

Way to go. Enjoy your new system.

congrats!

I made the mistake of making my first kegged beer a darker higher body beer that needs to condition for a month or two before it hits its prime. I need to get a good quick session beer in the other keg pronto.

I am with you on loving my new system...I am on keg number four, and still can't beleive how easy it is.

My father was up for the holidays and loved walking over to the fridge and filling his glass. In fact he loved it so much that I may run out of beer...better get another couple of batches going!

I got a couple of faucets which are connected directly to the ball valve assemble, and they completely kick ass compared to the picnic faucets I was using before. I love kegging!
