Monday will be two weeks fermentation of Midwest Supply "Autumn Amber Ale".
Transfered into carboy a week ago..checked s.p. Wed. 1.012....checked again today same s.p. Called Midwest they said that was within target for bottling. Getting three bubbles per min. yet. I've had bottle bombs with root beer, am a little leery of a repeat performance.!
Advice is greatly appreciated!

It's done, just use the proper amount of priming sugar an all should be well.

The CO2 will continue to come out of solution for a while making the airlock keep bubbling. Good luck with your first beer, i hope it comes out wonderful thus addicting you to homebrewing for life.
