I have made this recipe up of the top of my head for a 5 gallon batch. 10#s simpsons golden promise 10#s Dark wheat malt 1# flaked oats 1# rice hulls 1oz. sweet orange peel(5min) 1oz. coriander or grains of paridise(5min) and wyeast 3068. Not sure of the hops, any suggestions? I wanna call it my scottish imperial darkwit.

East Kent Goldings would go nicely in it.

+1 On East Kent Goldings i would do 2oz 60 mins boil, 2 oz 30 min boil, 2 oz flame out and dry hop with 2 oz on day 3. But i am also a hop head to the extreme i even put leaf hops in my salads! Scottish Imperial Dark-Wit is a catchy name in and of itself, i like it!

Your looking at an OG near or over 1.100 depending on your efficiency.
1 oz summit @ 60 mins will give you ~45-50 IBU
That sounds good.
A nice malty-sweet wheat dunkel. This could very closely resemble a wiezenbock.
