So I have 1 full pound of ground habanero powder and I am running out of food recipes and my stomach is not happy. I have heard or using whole peppers in the secondary and even putting them in the bottle but has anyone ever used powder? It has the consistancy of cayanne pepper only hotter. HELP!

i say give it a try in a small batch of beer, like 1 gallon, see how it tastes then go from there

Start Small, Say in a gallon batch add 1 teaspoon or 1/2 teaspoon, see how it comes out and adjust from there. and i would add it the last 15 or less of boil, more than likely i would add it last 5 mins of boil or at flame out.
