I want to buy equipment to make a keggerator. I have a frig and wonder if there is a best place to buy equipment? I've checked Midwest, St. Pats and my lhbs any other source I should look at?
morebeer.com and kegwarehouse.com
after the holidays i'm ordering my dual-tower faucet from kegwarehouse. as it turned out, my lhbs was more cost effective for the rest of the stuff.

Just a word of warning - putting beer on tap has become a little bit of an obssession with me - I have 4 on tap in the garage. I'm actually considering how I can get a fifth tap.
yeah, i've only got 2 on tap and i'm wondering why i didn't get the chest freezer for just a few dollars more! sheesh!
it is nice to only bottle a gallon worth for aging and have the rest of your beer nearly immediatlely available :D

Yeah, Fast_Eddy, I thought I might have been going a little overboard when I got my chest freezer, but now I have eight corny kegs in there. Four beers on tap, two meads, and two beers conditioning for a week or two before I tap them. Overboard? No. I was beginning to worry last week if I could keg my first all grain batch today or if I would have to wait another week so I could empty a keg. Through Herculean sacrifice, I emptied one of them Friday night (Oh, I was green yesterday) and fit that keg in this afternoon.

No, just ball lock corny kegs. I have a Sankey device, actually two different types, but I have never used them. I had originally planned on buying kegs of beer, but I skipped all that and went straight into homebrewing. Never looked back!

I posted another thread about sankey taps, so they are use in commercial type draft systems..
