Anyone get their hands on some of this? It should have been released on Monday, and I am willing to trade just about anything I can get for some of this.

Have you guys tried Dogfish's Au Courant? This just came out as well. Excellent full bodied beer made with actual courants and Belgian sugars. Perfect for the holidays. BM - I maybe able to get my hands on some Barleywine. I'm meeting up with the Dgfish crew during Jan. 17 at the Extreme Beer festival in Boston. Hope you can wait that long.

Tweek - what part of the country do you live in - I maybe able to solve the problem in regards to securing dogfish Head in your liquor store - post it or send me an email - I think I allowed for that.

Hopjack - On a positive note and from the looks of it - Dogfish is selling in Cali and gaining some marketshare. Those are the usual brands that most distributors around the country are selling. As you know, Dogfish prides itself on brew-making creativity, offering multiple choices and tastes. Unfortunately, most distributors are unable to keep up with demand or uneducated about the different styles of beer. Thanks for the note.

i'd love to see more of it out this way. especially the 60 & 90 minute. i wouldn't mind trying some that i haven't tried yet either without having to trade for them always. they make some good brews. also i keep asking some of the store managers if they could get anything else from dogfish head and they always tell me no... i even brought one of my beer guys a 90min to try and hook him, i think it worked but they still say the only ones that make it out here is the chicory, brown and raison....

My local Safeway stocks two kinds of Dogfish Head and I have just bought a couple of bottles of the weaker one - around 6%. They also have one that weighs in at 21% and I have decided, for the moment, to leave that one!

Richard, you may want to think twice about buying up the 21%. Dogfish only makes so much of it every year and they sell out pretty quick. FYI for the folks in Cali - 60, 90 and 120 are surging in New England and the Mid-Atlantic states. I have a feeling that the West Coast will follow suit and you'll be seeing alot more of these beers on the retail shelves in the new year. I have already made some inquiries.

Maybe I'll nip down and get a bottle. It's very expensive - about three times the price of Fuller's 1845. Still at 21% you don't need very much of it in a session.
