OK, I made my first starter late last night in order to brew today. It turns out I am not going to be able to. Is my starter going to keep until tomorrow evening? It has a nice little layer of foam on the top, and about 1/3 inch of yeast at the bottom.

Yes, it'll be fine. The ideal time to pitch a starter is at high kraeusen but anytime after will work too.

Great! I thought I was going to be wasting the yeast I harvested. My first yeast harvest too.
