I know that a lot of people don't find this beer to be in the true style of a hefe or even the tasting notes (especially after reading some different reviews online that I don't necessarily agree with). With being said, my wife has taken a liking to it and I would like to make something similar for her. It is very tasty on a hot summer day! Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't had it in a while, but I don't remember liking it much. IIRC, it's more of an American wheat than a Hefe.
I would go about 40% wheat or higher and the rest base malt with enough hops to balance and no flavor/aroma hops. Or you could do first wort hopping to leave a touch of hop flavor and aroma. Say 1.050ish for starting gravity and 20-25 IBUs with some German or American alternative hops (Liberty, etc)
Is this an extract or all-grain brew?
