There are several things that make this brewery really neat. 1) They use open air to cool the wort. 2) They cask condition all their beers. 3) Not one is above 6% alcohol. I wish I could drink a few pints directly from a freshly popped cask. Yummo.

The Old Hooky is the best. My local pub sold growlers to take home. If anyone is ever in Oxfordshire, find a local that sells it. You won't be disappointed.

I have tried a couple of Hook Norton's beers and I concur with Oldhooky. Wonderful beers.
