(1)2 days in one near Bamberg. Wouldn't mind one that is out in the country but relatively close to Bamberg. South or southeast side but that is not that critical.

(2) 2 days in one near Amberg. Would like to be in one in countryside. Preferably one that is on the north or northeast side but that is not that crtical.

(3) 2 days in one near Garmisch-Partenkirchen but outside of city.

You'll want to make a stop at the amazing and beautiful Vierzehnheiligen Church near Bamberg for sure. It is a rural marvel and It has wonderful sculptures of 14 saints including Saint Denis holding his decapitated head with a grizzled bone sticking from his neck. And if memory serves me correctly there is a brewery right next to the monestery and church.
