Out of curiosity, what's everyone's experience with this yeast? I am digging the smells coming from the fermenter, so I'm pretty excited for this brew. It seemed to get off to a pretty fast start. And yes, I built a starter.
It's a bit-too-hoppy brown porter I'm making, if that will change opinion or garner more info from you fine folks.
