My wife, who is a nursing major at our local university brought home an accross the board 4.0. I was very proud so I bought her a card and some flowers. My wife was asleep when I got home tonight so instead of waking her, I decided to trim the flowers and put them in the vase myself and they would be waiting for her when she awoke. After cutting the flowers, I realized I had no clue where we keep the flower vases, so I looked in the kitchen cabinet. The closest thing I could find to a vase was a huge ugly insulated plastic glass that is practically a thermos and........ a pils glass.
My wife is not a beer enthusiast like I, but I cut the flowers the appropriate size for the glass and it actually looked quite nice. It made me think, if she were a beer fan, a nice pils glass with artwork on it would be a great way to present those flowers..... just a thought.
