I'm sure quite a few people have interesting glassware, either because of what it is or how they got it. So time for show and tell :D

The brown stein was a gift from a cab driver in Bulgaria that I and a couple buddies befriended while we were deployed there. Good thing too, he showed us a lot of things that most tourists or even locals wouldn't see or know about. The white one was "liberated" from a bar in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, unfortunately it came filled with Kamenitza which I think, is the only beer I've ever dumped out. The Spaten and Lowenbrau glasses were won at a local fest in Germany by bouncing ping-pong balls into them. And the last two I had made at a crystal factory in Weiden, Germany.

The first one (L to R), was a welcome home gift for deployed soldiers in Germany from the Armed Forces Recreation Center, the next four are from the German-American Volksfest that happens every year in Grafenwohr, unfortunately I was on leave in the states in '04 and my friends forgot to get me one. And the final four were "souvenirs" from Oktoberfest in '02.
