I recently picked up some Fullers 1845 and a Sweetwater Festive ale in Georgia. The odd thing is the alcohol content. I believe that Fullers is 6.3% and the Sweetwater Festive is 9% (Ballpark). Neither have it marked on the bottle. The Fullers is in a standard bottle and the Festive is in a Grolsch style wine bottle. Any ideas as to why either of these would be legal in a state that has a alcohol cap of 6%???? Both were purchased at large liquor stores.
