Fraoch Heather Ale

I found a source for heather blossoms in bulk, so I can finally make fraoch heather. Has anyone here made it before? BTW, I found a nice homebrew shop in Warren, Michigan this weekend. It's on the corner of Chicago Rd and Mound.

I bought a 4-pack of the Fraoch Heather once. I thought it tasted like ketchup.

I just moved this brew to the secondary, and I think this beer will be a Christmas favorite. While it was fermenting, I kept finding myself sniffing the airlock. When I opened up the primary, the aroma was just fantanstic. Can't wait to taste it. It's an expensive brew to make because of the 1.75 lbs(@ 9.99/lb) of heather tips necessary to make it.
