Lambic Opportunity?

I had a couple of gallons of Helles Bock at about 1050 thats been sitting on yeast since March. Forgot it was in the mix until I came across it while racking some some lagering beers. It was way underpitched with Wyeast 2206. Pitch it or try a lambic?

I haven't tasted it. It smells like beer with no odd aromas wafting out of the neck of the carboy. I'm guessing there's just under a gallon and 3 quarters of it. I fat fingered my post too. The OG was 1060.
