Happy Thanksgiving! I just popped the cork on a bottle of beer that's new to me and by God, I want to give thanks! It's Foret's bottle conditioned organic saison ale. I must say it is delicious. Strangely enough I purchased it in a state that has archaic blue laws (I wont mention which state due to "the man") and it is 7.5% alcohol. Maybe it snuck under the wire due to the wine bottle style packaging??? Anyway, it was a pleasure sampling something that is usually prohibited by our local politicians....for my own good (right!).
