Has anyone ever used vanilla sugar in a beer? Just wondering if it's going to even be noticable. I brewed my saison this past weekend, and in my recipe I had 1/4 lb of table sugar. Well, I hadn't thought about the fact that my table sugar had been turned into vanilla sugar, but I used it anyways.

Anyways, I don't think that that with that small amount of table sugar (3% of my fermentables), the vanilla will have that much affect, but just curious if anyone has had any experience with it.
