Any extract brewers looking for something to brew?
Here's my recommendation... Black Rock's New Zealand Draught. Damn tasty!!!
I brewed 18L and just used 2 tins of this stuff. It was my 8th batch and the 1st time I've said a very loud "mmm". I've enjoyed all the batches I've brewed (except the tin that came with the kit) but this one was special.
I wish I had enough knowledge to describe the taste in detail. It's a fairly dark beer and there's a really distinct, perhaps, malty taste. Apparently they use pilsiner, crystal and porter malts in this extract. I'm guessing that it's either the crystal or porter that gives it this really good flavour. Try it and see :D
