Hear , hear! I too will pass along wishes for a joyous holiday season. May everyone's life be filled with cheer and good beer.
I lift my beer to you all. Hell, any reason to lift a beer is a good one.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Beer can be food, but food can never be beer.

Count Me in! I am currently enjoying a Hpoback Entire Stout from England. (bottle conditioned of course!) While my holiday has not yet begun, I will still raise a glass with you!

Just finished my last St. Arnolds Kristall Weizen from BREWERDLUX (really good stuff). If I had known about the toasting party here, I would have risen it in salute of my fellow brew freaks/snobs/heads/aficionados (sorry, hopjack... I did it again!). Here's to a wonderful Thanksgiving for all and SAFE TRAVELS!

I am pretty pedestrian tonight...drinking Shiner Bock, and praying to get through tomorrow without killing anything in my classroom that moves!!!!

Folks, some of you who know me (via my postings) knows that I typically stick to a few brews. This past Sunday, the family and I stopped into the pub for some grub and some brews (the brews were from me) ... the week prior to I dove into a Carlsberg in an effort to remain cultured .. this week I didn't have such luck, unfortunately, I couldn't get into most of what they had .. and its all free for me until I find something I like ... honestly, my problem is that I'm not a fan of the ales ... I'm a fan of the lagers ... and the ales seem to be popular in Syracuse. So I ended up drinking my same ole Harp like I always do. Can anyone give me any suggestions of something you think I'd like based on my fondness for Harp Lager, Carlsberg or Miller Lite (perhaps I am a lost cause) ... can you help a fellow brewin' bro out??
happy holidays, realbeer. i'm currently drinking martinis with my fiancee (got re-engaged on saturady :D)....but i picked up a 6-pack of moose drool and a 12-pack sampler of mctarnahan's....and, of course, i've got the 2 magnums of chimay for turkey day.

hey b3s, congrats! I'm raising a Summit Winter to you and your fiancee...
Happy Holidays to everyone else too! We're celbrating today by shoveling, winter bared it's teeth at us, 6" or so of snow over the weekend, and it's currently 11ºF, or -18º Celsius....

Happy thanksgiving to all of you south of the 49th. Mine passed by over a month ago, so I'll not be raising a glass until friday. But maybe, just maybe my new kegging array will show up by the week end and I can keg my pale ale.
Congratulations b3s!

I would highly recommend the job of "Figurehead". I have this job and and I can say it is great. I get to come to the office when I feel like it each day, play on the internet, read the paper, play on the net some more, decide where my next beer vacation is going to be, and hire pretty girls. Its great. I just checked in the Washington Post help wanted section. I did not see any figurehead jobs listed nor did I see any for Tycoon or Kingpin. I'll keep my eyes open around here for openings in those catagories. But you'll have to move to the DC area if one pops up.
i keep checking the employment section to see if i can get a job being a kennedy...unfortunately, i don't think i'm listed in howard hughes will...and all those "idle rich" jobs get scarfed up immediately :(
about the closest place i could find work here is boise...and for some reason the 6 hour round trip commute just doesn't appeal to me!
