Hey guys,
I'm in the process of planning a road trip out through PA and Ohio, possibly through MI on my way to Joliet, IL. Anyone have any suggestions for brewpubs I have to visit when I'm out there?

I thought Joliet was where they make little rocks out of big rocks?
J/K. Have a good trip.

Could be. The only thing I know about it is that it's "out there". We east coasters have a narrow view of the world.

I spent a week out there a few of years ago with a good friend. After 3 days of Miller his wife intrduced me to Leinies which at the time tasted like nectar of the gods. But I'm sure you should be able to find some good beers if you look around.

There's nothing really close to Joliet proper, but within an hour's non-rush-hour drive you'll find Two Brothers Tap House in Warrenville, Flossmoor Station in, well, Flossmoor, Three Floyds pub in Munster, Indiana, Goose Island in Chicago, and Rock Bottoms in Chicago, Lombard, and Warrenville.
