I used this in a recent batch of cream ale and in reading about it in more detail (now) I see it helps remove the yeast. Will this be problematic for bottle carbonation?

The fining agents I've used (Whirfloc, Irish Moss, Gelatin) have not resulted in my not having enough yeast for carbonation. I haven't used the Super Kleer.
