Hey folks,
I just started kegging last weekend (!) and I have a question about carbonating with both the keg and CO2 tank in the fridge. What should I set the CO2 tank to achieve the proper level of carbonation?
I under understand that there are many charts out there that tell you PSI for X volumes of CO2, but what's the effect of having the CO2 tank in the fridge at about 40 F or so? I assume that the pressure inside the tank drops, giving a low false reading on the high pressure gauge, but I assume that the pressure of CO2 going into the keg is the same....let me know and thanks for the help.
