Need help on using the N20 cylinders on 8.3% brown ale. Do I use 1 or 2 for a 6 liter bottle? How long does it take to charge 1 bottle with 2 N2O?
Also one added question. I have brewed 2 batches on 20 lb. propane bottle. I watch it and turn it down so I just barely have a rolling boil. How many 60 minute boil batches do you get out of a 20 lb. tank? My 2nd batch of Bavarian Helles went a lot better than 1st. Used wort chiller. And also aeration with stone went well. OG was 1.054 today.
