So I think Ive read here before that this is ok but I am going to ask anyway. I just transfered my first batch to my secondary and I made a batch of starsan to make sure everything was good and sanitary. Is it ok to store the starsan solution in a glass carboy?

That's a fine idea. Just be careful as you would with any large heavy glass object.
