so,
I was on youtube today and I searched for all grain brewing to see what it's all about, and I'm sold, it completely took the mystery out of it...
I've been an extract brewer for 2 years or so and have enjoyed it, but it feels like cheating to me, so here I go again spending all my money on supplies :)

Which videos did you find to be the most helpful?

I liked seeing the different type of equipment people use. Gives me more ideas on what I should do. I liked the multi-tipped and angled burner one guy had. I didn't like the fact that he tapped into his house gas line with a rubber tube but hey who am I to rain on someone's parade?

Sounds like you're off on a new adventure. Enjoy. And I wouldn't worry about tapping into gas lines as long as the connection is done with metal and not duct tape. :)

If you can't fix it with duct tape, it can't be fixed.

rhino i'm going to have to disagree with you on that one...the chris guy is incredibly thorough and dispels a lot of the fear of mashing (as long as you do it methodically)

The videos from Chris Knight were done very well. His series on kegging was quite informing as well. But I do have to give credit to rhino for finding the Bud Light Craft Beer Brewer of the year award. Thanks for posting those links.
