I stopped by Two Brothers' brewery last night and spent a few minutes talking with a couple of the brew hands as they were taking a break. Here's the scoop:
The new brewery is up and running, and exceeding expectations. The guys were grinning as they talked about the new bigger faster brew kettle, fermenters, and bottling line. They've put a second batch of Cane & Ebel into bottles and advised me to go out and get it because the brothers "just plain nailed" this batch. Nuff said.
Their homebrew shop (The Brewers Coop) is open again. I was a little late to get inside, but looked like all the familiar items were there.
The brewpub is getting closer to done. Getting work done by the tradesmen with the holidays falling mid-week was a challenge, but they're hoping for a mid-to-late January opening for their fans, to be followed by a publicity blitz at the beginning of February for the general public.
