old hops

About a year ago I bought a whole lot of hops from my homebrew store because they went out of business. I thought that i had used them all but i found a bag of willamette whole hops that were in the freezer for a year. Do you think that i should (or can) use them and at what stage of hopping would any off taste be less noticable?

If they have been in the freezer and wrapped well then they are good for brewing with.
