I will be travelling to New Zealand in Jaunuary 2008. I am looking for some advice on what I should experience while I am down there. I have a basic Idea and will be working for a few wineries through the WWOFFing program. I am just wondering if I can do this with a couple of breweries while I am there or help out around the house for home brewers.
I think this is the best way to experience the culture there instead of taking the standard tourist's approach.
I will be in the country for 6 months and will be attending the Beer festival in February.
