The Executive Surf Club has some decent micros on tap, good live music, decent food, and some of the hottest women in CC. Water Street Fish Co. has a couple of decent micros on tap, cheap oysters on the half shell, and some great food. You can pretty much walk five or six blocks in any direction from these two places and find a decent pub or bar to at least check out. This is by far one of my favorite walking cities. Enjoy.

I really like the Executive Surf Club as well. Perhaps my favorite place in CC. Live music in a beer garden setting the year round. Good beer on tap. Make sure you check it out while you are there as well.

It's been years since I've been to CC, but there used to be Padre Island Brewing Co. downtown. A brewpub. Did it go under? I still have two pint glasses of theirs.

I was there late last year and went to the downtown area. There was this little bar one street behind the main street that had a great selection of beer. Had lot's of fun there, but just don't know the name of it.
