Length limit on PM's

Can you increase the length limit of characters of the Private Messages. 1000 characters is not much. My typical PM's are about 1500, sometimes more. Just a PITA to have to send 2 PM's all the time. It's not saving any bandwidth or server space if people just continue to send 2 PM's instead of just 1.

We've been trying to get someone to care enough to figure out how to do that since I joined the board. No luck yet on either count. Don't hold your breath - we're used to it by now. ;)
