I'll be visiting my uncle this holiday season in Oshkosh. He does not get out to the local drinking establishments much.

Can someone recommend a good watering hole that serves real beer with real food?

Absolutely!!! Fratello's Restaurant and Fox River Brewing...located right on the Fox River in Oshkosh.

They make some outstanding beers (only $3.00 for a full pint) and have very good food, too. They usually have live music a couple nights a week, as well.

I especially like their "Caber Tossing" Scottish ale...but be warned, it packs a punch! I've been "Fratellosized" more than a few times.

Plans changed. My wife delivered our daughter about 4 weeks early, so I never got up there. We'll probably go in July. Thanks.
