As fate would have it I will be in Scotsdale, AZ for a conference 10/1-2 and flying in on the 30th. I'll actually be in the air during the toast but was hoping to find a site that might be celebrating.

BTW any recommendations from folks here for good watering holes in Scotsdale would be appreciated. I've read the run down in the Phoenix thread below, but I'd prefer to stay in S'dale (and yes I went over to BA to check there too).

I would second Sonoran at Pinacle Peak (just make sure you don't wear a tie, or at least one you like).


If you can get into Phoenix, just north of Downtown (if I remember correctly), I also would suggest the Sonora Brewhouse (not to be confused with Sonoran Brewing). They have a killer Kobe Burger, too.
