What's a man to do?
I have 2 secondary filled one Pilsner and one Amber, the amber could be bottled. I have a cream stout from midwest I could brew, since my primary is empty because I just rack the Pils. And I have plenty of Pumpkin, Scotch and Brown to drink.

I might have to take a day off work to get caught up

OK, so what's the problem?

I'm trying to have your problems!

I started brewing in Feb. 03 now I'm Kegging. Next is a Freezer with Temp Control.

Anyhow I feel confident enough about making the beer to actually start having inventory on hand. Sooooooo

I have a Keg of Ocktoberfest I just killed with perfect timing of my CO2.

I have a Czech Pilsner in the Secondary.

I have a Imperial British Stout Fermenting in the primary.

The Pilsner is ready to drink but I'm out of CO2!

I want to have 3 kegs on tap with two either fermenting or in the secondary.

This would give me a rotation of 5 beers!

Cheers!

PS: I started a thread on needing help on a Temp. Control hook up for all readers. Thanks!

Good? Yes.

Problem? No.

I should be in that situation in a few weeks. Until the week before last I hadn't brewed since August. Now I am plating catch up.

You need to check out www.cigarbid.com

I have been able to buy good cigars at below retail for a while.

Do your homework on prices and make a max bid and forget about it. Don't get caught up in the cattle auction with emotions!

I feel a little inadequate - I only have one in a fermenter(secondary - a mild) and two out of three on my taps(my oatmeal stout was killed last night - it's gone, I can't believe it's gone boo-hoo, boo-hoo - that last glass was sweet though, so gooooood).

I managed to get my cider and pumpkin ales bottled, and brewed up an Irish Red (Link (http://www.realbeer.com/discussions/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1582) ) - all before finishing unpacking in my new apartment. You've got to have your priorities right?

So now I've got brown and amber ale coming out the ears, cider and pumpkin ale that will be ready to drink in two weeks, my Irish red to rack this weekend, and an oatmeal stout to brew ASAP! Aye yi yi, I've got some drinking to do. ;)

I'm looking to set up my air and tap lines for a chest freezer soon.

I've seen where stout has it's own tap. Do I need a special tap for stouts?

Thanks.

You mean like a creamer faucet, right? You don't need it unless you're trying to exactly replicate that "Guinness" style head from your kegs. It's basically a restricter plate that knocks all of the dissolved gases out of solution so that they cascade up to the top of the beer.

in addition to the creamer faucet, another tank...not CO2, but nitrogen.

and damn nice to deal with, too! used to get my pipe tobacco from them and somehow a box of hoyo de monterrey rothschilds always seemed to get onto the order :D

/me eyes up the olde pipe collection that's gathering dust

maybe it's time to give up these cigs and get some highlander targe again.
