I have a brown ale recipe I came up with that I am having a small problem with.

I usesd both Honey and treacle syrup as adjuncts. 2lbs clover honey and 1 can of treacle syrup.

When i kegged this and am now drinking I noticed some sediment that appears to be suspended in the liquid, It never sank to the bottom of which the keg would expel the first glass or two.

Any thoughts?

How long did you ferment this, and how long has it been in a keg? It may just be yeast/proteins that still need to settle out. And how much treacle is in a can, that seems like a lot of adjuncts for a nut brown ale.

I fermented for about 7 days. The yeast appeared to have settled to the bottom and The gravity was at 1.014

Treacle syrup was about a 6 oz can

you'll need to give it 3 or 4 weeks before you can expect it to clear. Depending on ingredients and process, some beers will remain cloudy.

I agree totally HW. 7 days in primary is not nearly long enough for stuff to settle out. I leave my beer 2-3 weeks in primary at least and it comes out pretty clear. Another week in the keg and it's crystal clear.
