How did people back in the bronze age brew? In wooden troughs in the ground of course. The video is actually pretty entertaining. Hmmmm...I think I worry about sanitation too much.

I found a couple of free e-books on project gutenberg you might find interesting.

That's a great link for the others to follow Beck. There was a lot of concern over "why" on the other thread, Guild's answer there and that link will answer those questions!
