So, Ho many of you have brewed something specifically for cooking?

Just recently, i just brewed a some extremely hoppy and extremely malty brew in a small batch.

Basically it was a 3.3lb Mutons hopped Dark Malt Extract, 1oz Challenger Hops (12.9%) and Rottingham Ale Yeast. Brewed for ~3 gallons. Primary only, the raining brew i bottled, but the rest went strait to the grill for cooking

Tried drinking the stuff it was way too bitter to drink, but made for some of the finest "Beer-Can-Chicken" you could ever have. Which was the original intent.

So, I'm just curious as to who else out there as brewed anything for the specific purpose of using the brew for cooking purposes?

unfortunately, i´m not a homebrewer, although i really want to be.
but, if i was, i could see myself brewing some beers to specifically use for cooking.
