Attention Dogfish Head Fans… your favorite brewery is currently seeking a dependable, self-motivated, team-oriented person to join our talented team of brewers. You will be responsible for daily brewing operations from the receipt of raw materials through to the delivery of finished beer to packaging. You will take ownership of the process on your scheduled 10-hour shift, which will rotate to include nights and weekends. Plus other duties as required and/or assigned.

We seek a reliable person who is detail and quality oriented, takes a sense of pride in their work and who is interested in growing with us. You must be able to closely adhere to procedures and guidelines, including following recipes per exact specification and implementing detailed cleaning regimens. Brewers should demonstrate a technical proficiency and an understanding of brewing science. Familiarity with our products is a huge plus! Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, work any shift and be able to lift/maneuver 30-55 lbs repetitively.
