While I'm in the middle of piecing together my "real" kegging system, I've stumbled across a few types of mini-kegging systems. These look like they'd be nice for portability and such. Anyone have any experience/comments on the PhilTap, Party Pig and/or Tap-A-Draft Systems?

I have 2 TAD systems and they work well for me as a preliminary step on the way to kegging. If you search Tap-A-Draft, you will find several threads. The portability is nice. If you do choose the TAD, you will want to read the other threads. There is a lot of useful info.
Good luck,
Ash

yeah man have a tap-a-draft and it is $50 well spent, even on my limited budget.
beats bottling for sure. i am not getting the same kind of carbonation i would from a bottle but im still learning to use it. the beer still tastes great served from it and people love to come over and use it.
