Ferment Temps

What is the best way to have an accurate temp. of your wort while it is fermenting inside of a plastic bucket??

Depends on how much money you want to spend.

You can go cheap (a buck) and buy a stick on strip thermometer,
or you can spend big bucks on a thermowell to which you hook up a digital electronic thermometer.

Personally, I have stick on ones, and that has been close enough for me to make some decent beer.
