One of our local free papers ran a story about the coldest beer in Metro Detroit. Apparently, Budwesier know has a new "chill chest" that is supposed to be able to get beers down to 22 degrees. The author says that the coldest he found was 25 degrees. He had a chart that showed the coldest beers to warmest beers. It was interesting that most of the better beers were served a little warmer, but still too cold.

By the way, the chart in the online article stops WELL before he got to the good beers. The print article had a much more extensive tasting list.
He ran a second article(which has a broken link) about why better beers should be served at cellar temps. He even had a few paragraphs about cask ales.
