Picked up this great little kitchen calculator made by Calculated Industries. They make the great construction industry calculators many of us use. Anyway this thing makes altering proportions of ingredients, converting from one mesurement to any other and a whole lot of other useful things for brew cookers shamefully easy to do. Check it out. Got mine from contractor-books.com
