This may be an easy one for you hardcore brewers - perhaps assuming you have brewed a braggot or two in your day.

I found a recipe for Green Tea Braggot and gave it a try. Essentially its 4 lbs wheat malt extract, 6 pounds honey (blackberry honey i believe), and a box of green tea... i can be more precise if anyone wishes to try this.

My question is how long to keep it in primary / secondary. Right now im thinking just the first week in primary - mabye two. I brewed it up and pinched last night and this morning its going completely nuts. I suppose it could have been all that yeast nutrient i put in there... hah.

2 weeks primary, 3-4 weeks secondary sound good? Also any thoughts on aging would be wonderful.

Thanks for the thoughts.

It depends on the gravity. I wouldn't expect it to be any longer or shorter than another beer of the same gravity. 1 week primary, 2 weeks 2ndary is good for a normal gravity beer. Heavier beers take longer.
