I was thinking the other day about the possibility of a mint beer. I figured if I gathered the right ingrediants I could do it. Try and find grains, additives and yeast with alot of unfermentables to produce a slightly sweet ale and add some mint leaves or tea bags. Not enough to overpower the beer flavor, just enough so when you take a sip your brow wrinkles and you think "What is that?". Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? I saw a mint mead on CM3, but no beer...and a web search only comes up with a Japaneese site.
